- People get trainined on procedurs, guidelines and policies but not on technical skills other than learning a software.
- The environment is not very appealing for young people
Conseils à la direction
Engineers working unpaid overtime and meeting customer deadlines in not the ideal concept of a "right sized" company. Either make a case to bring in more people or pay extra hours to those that are really working hard.
Efficiency is not about all employees working full steam all the time. Times when the load work load is not very high are good to recover at work even if it may be seen in management as oversized headcount.

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien à AREVA (Richland, WA (États-Unis)) en février 2014.
First phone interview. Very basic canned behavioral questions. I got invited for an onsite interview at the end of the phone interview.
On site interview was smooth, not technical at all. It involved a pannel of two managers and three supervisors. During the interview I got asked the same exact behavioural questions that I was asked during the phone interview. I was given a tour of the facilities, which was nice to get a global picture of what the company does and how the job position fits in.
I got an offer a week after.
Questions d'entretien d'embauche
No negotiation. The recruiter called me on the phone to ask me if I was willing to consider the offer. After that I got the letter. I was given a week to make a decision
