Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Power BI Developer to join our dynamic team at Saintlaurent Consulting. The ideal candidate will be deeply entrenched in the world of data analytics, with a profound understanding of data modeling, advanced DAX functions, and an ability to weave intricate data narratives that drive strategic business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive Power BI reports and dashboards that succinctly summarize complex data sets, tailored to client-specific requirements.
- Construct and maintain robust data models to support dynamic and scalable reporting solutions.
- Employ advanced DAX functions to extract, transform, and analyze data, ensuring accuracy and relevancy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Provide insights and recommendations on data strategy, particularly in the realms of Supply Chain, Finance, and Consumer Packaged Goods.
- Lead training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams, enhancing their competency in utilizing Power BI tools.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and advancements in Power BI and data analytics, continuously seeking ways to improve our offerings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis and reporting, with at least 3 years focused on Power BI development.
- Proficiency in data modeling and extensive experience with DAX.

This is a remote role, however the candidate is required to stay in Canada or USA.
