As per standard procedure in this industry (and others), my professional resume and portfolio should be sufficient for you to decide whether to interview me - even if only by phone - or to make a job offer. A contract for just a single paid project would allow you to evaluate my performance in relation to your organization's needs, while being fair to both parties. I was JUST sent this same interview email. And I am borrowing some of your answer so thank you! From reading the reviews about this company all I can say is WOW = thank God I read up first! Cameras watching your every move even remotely? A time tracker and reports of what you've done all day, every day? No thank you. I am worth more and am much more professional that this company or CEO is obviously....... If you don't trust me to do a good job based on my performance and resume, then I don't need you. Moins

I was sent an email asking for a 60-minute skill test for "PSD to HTML/CSS Conversion." I was suspicious that they're simply hacking the job-search system to trick people in to doing free work for them like a crowd-source or Mechanical Turk type scam. Smelled too fishy to me. Moins
You know everything you learned in school is totally different from things in the workspace. We don't need a person who wants to learn things from us. We need you to think about how you can contribute to us. If you come we ll have to educate you (that's right she used the word "educate" in mandarin)
