Psychometric Test was used to judge candidates orientation towards different qualities such as Leadership, Team work, Handling events with great importance, Initiative taking, Enthusiasm towards data interpretation, socializing etc.
Group discussion was based upon a case study. Case study was about recovering loan amount from agriculture loans having default situation because of lack of rainfall and absence of government support to the bank.
Interview was having simple HR questions:
1) About Work X
2) About Internship - Learnings out of it.
3) Why Banking Sector.
4) Why ICICI bank, why not an emerging bank.
5) Preference of location
