Comment répondre : Le burnout étant monnaie courante dans le secteur commercial, le recruteur cherchera à savoir comment vous maintenez votre équipe motivée lorsqu’elle est sous pression. Un responsable commercial doit comprendre ce que l’on attend de son équipe tout en prêtant attention à son bien-être. Sachez montrer que vous défendez les intérêts de votre équipe.
Comment répondre : En tant que manager, vous devez veiller à ce que votre équipe atteigne certains objectifs. Indiquez que vous feriez appel à vos capacités managériales et de communication pour conseiller et suivre de plus près les employés en difficulté, et que vous les inviteriez à travailler en binôme avec des membres de l’équipe plus à l’aise.
