I agree with both comments above. The hiring manager you referenced is well known to be unprofessional and deceitful. Not only is he unprofessional in a recruiting experience but it's worse if you have to work with him or for him. He exemplifies everything that's wrong with Welldyne and sadly there's so many more there just as awful as he is to deal with. Moins

You were wise to decline a make-up interview. Trust me, you would not have been granted one anyway! Your first perception was correct. I worked for this organization in a very similar capacity for which you applied, and it turned out to be a huge career mistake! After reading your post, I could not help but pity you, because I know precisely how this company operates. Unfortunately, most of the posts were not here prior to my career fiasco with them for me to do my research. Be thankful... they did you a favor. You seem to be too level-headed an individual to end up in a dump like WellDyne. The place is a career 'land-mine!' Moins

On 06/27/17, I declined interest in the position when contacted 2.5 months after my last interview with the consultant who claimed the company did not have money to match my current compensation and I would not settle for less. The next day, the company had the gall to email me that they were not making me an offer "based on the interviews." As of 07/17/17, they are still advertising for the “Director” level position on their company website. Liars, liars, pants on fire... This company is extremely unprofessional, has no product in the market, and the people running it have huge egos who can’t handle a "no" from an applicant. Moins

The data displayed 1 dip in the infection rate which does not indicate a trend. Explore why there was a dip and observe for any trends. Moins
Please give me an example of a HEDIS measure with a complete verbal calculation of how you arrive at the score!

I gave a general answer for how to calculate the measures. The interviewer then asked for a specific measure and how to calculate it. The expectation was to immediately pick a measure and do math in your head! I wrote and asked that they provide a test for competency for HEDIS calculation and scoring. Moins
Everything on the resume. CAPA, Deviations and EQMS questions with a bunch of soft skill questions. They need details of a deviation you performed.

I answered all the questions. They expect you to remember every single detail of a deviation you have worked on and then interviewer told me his thoughts on it and told me he didn't agree with what was done, which was demeaning and not his place. Moins
