Phone interview, then in person interview. They had definitely never interviewed interns and had no idea what they were doing. I sat in a room with the 3 current business analysts for my final round and the had NO questions for me. It was literally me asking them questions. Really odd experience

Interviewer was very nice and very thorough. It wasn't a technical interview but a great chance to show off your personality and what you are looking to get out of the company.
