The recruiter contacted me within a day or 2 of applying and set up a phone screen with me that week. She was friendly, warm, personable and very easy to speak with. Before scheduling me for a second interview, she let me know another role had come available that I may be interested in. She invited me to consider it also and made herself available for any questions I had. In the 2nd round interview I spoke with 2 very nice, very smart women who clearly know the company and their jobs very well, and the call took place as a relaxed, easy going, conversational Teams video call.

Had interview at i-sight. The interviewers seemed very friendly and the conversation went well. Did excellent on their JavaScript questions. Answered all their questions perfectly. However, got rejected with no feedback whatsoever.

The interview process consisted off a short briefing with an HR rep to determine if you understood the concept of their business Secondly, an hour long interview was scheduled with the business development manager. Questions about your personality and former work experiences made up the majority of the interview, followed by a role play scenario to test your knowledge of the company.

Contact from HR was through a generic inbox and recruitment process included three rounds with a "day on the job" at the end. Was kept in touch throughout the process. Kind people and well organized.

This was for a Co-op role. It was a pretty okay interview, I was asked a couple of questions related to Software Testing. Basically, it was, what would you do in this situation-type of questions. It was a 30-minute interview on Microsoft Teams although there was the option to have a phone interview instead.

It was a great experience. Met the HR team first for screening, which followed an interview with the CFO. Everyone was very professional and courteous during the whole process. They communicated the responsibilities and expectations very clearly and provided feedback without delay once the process was completed.
