If you were the acting manager, and there was an employee who was constantly late what actions would you take?

I would make him to know about the time management rather yelling at him

I would counsel him/her regarding personal responsibility, time management and make them aware that other staff have had to step up and cover their work (without getting extra remuneration). I would also 'write them up' issue a warning and ask them if there was any problems or issues causing him/her to be late, and suggest a possible change of work hours/days to resolve the problem. What were my daily responsibilities and how did I handle an assignment where I had to think out of the box.

During my employment at Legion Insurance Company and my position as an reinsurance underwriting auditor would have to gather physical files of policies, bound contracts, emails, billing and other pertinent information regarding books of businesses that a client (reinsurer) would had the right to audit before paying any outstanding balance to Legion Ins.Compay in house or at a third party administrator's office. My responsibility was to produce all information requested from the reinsurer for their audit. Sometimes I would have to find out who the underwriter was that handled a specific program, when they left Legion some of the underwriters would take the files with them. I would then have to produce a file by downloading emails, legal documents, policies and forms from corporate systems. I would contact third party administrators (MGAs) to use their corporate systems to gather information if they were involved in any of the programs. Moins

I was asked to create a spreadsheet to track nursing hours/patients that would allow the nursing staff to simply input nursing hour numbers and it would calculate specific ratios to assist with scheduling. This was difficult because of complex formulas need to evaluate specific criteria of nursing hours. I developed this sheet based on my knowledge of Microsoft Excel. This sheet remains in use even today. Moins

I am more than qualified. I believe you do what it takes to help grow a start up company. Wether I am treating new clients, setting up meetings for the CEO, taking out the garbage, setting up payroll, making sure every employee feels they have 100% of my attention. Its being the company....its making sure the most important thing is that everyone in the company knows that I am 100% behind them to help them grow as well as the company. Moins
