How do you handle conflict?
I take the time to listen, to truly understand where the other person is coming from. I ask lots of questions if I don't understand. I use empathy and genuine interest in the other person's well-being, to foster goodwill. And I gently move the conversation towards a collaborative effort, when possible, to create the best outcome for everyone involved.
