I forgot to add a crucial part of the question in my original post, which is that you know that the three bullets are right next to each other. Thus, the first spin determines whether you survive, and there are two out of the six chambers that are safe to "land on," hence 1/3. In my original wording of the question, I think your chances of survival would just be (3/6)*(2/5) = 1/5. Moins

Fill the 3 gallon jug, pour it into the 5 gallon jug, fill the 3 gallon jug again, fill the 5 gallon jug until it is full (leaving 1 gallon left in the 3 gallon jug) dump out the 5 gallon jug, then pour your remaining 1 gallon into the 5 gallon jug, then fill the 3 gallon jug and add it to the 1 gallon in the 5 gallon jug. Cube is 10 x 10 x 10 meaning W=10, L=10 D=10. To get the total number of cubes we need to calculate the area of 1 face of the cube (L10 x W10 = 100) and multiply it by D10 = 1000 cubes inside. Now if the cube fell into a bucket with red paint the only cubes that won't be colored are those on the inside. therefore we know that a cube has 6 faces, each of them has (L10 x W10) cubes, therefore 1000 - (100 x 6) = 400 cubes won't be colored. Cant we just see the amount of water displaced by the object and then calculate the weight? I think its easy that way, as we can control the volume immersed in water. (let it be attached in any way) Moins

Water displacement theory seems to be nice. Since there is no information regarding how they are attached we can do the following way. catch one weighted and dip the other weight in water. Some water will be displaced. Now repaeat the same in revesrese order. i.e catch the second side and dip the other weight. Now calculate the amount of water displaced in both the cases. greater displacement - lesser water displacement. Now immerse completely both the objects and find the displacement of water. by this you can arrive at the answer Moins

They will give you joining bonus. You have to return it incase you leave the company on 1 year or if they fire you. Pls think twice before you decide. I wouldn't be able to recommend.pay structure is what the company decides. Moins

3/4, 4/7, and 4/9 are clearly smaller than 5/6 and 9/11, so they are eliminated. So which is bigger, 5/6 or 9/11? You can look at it as which is smaller, 1/6 or 2/11. 2 does not fit into 11 six times, so 1/6 is smaller. Since 1/6 is smaller than 2/11, 5/6 is larger than 9/11. Moins

Think about it this way, in 5/6 you are leaving 1/6th part out, in 3/4 you'll leave 1/4th part out.. and so on.. Try to find the smallest part you are leaving out. Moins

I would agreee with the first answer if we were told that the interaction occurred during a requirements meeting. What if the stakeholder was insisting while you were working on the solution? I agree that the answer should be to either propose the alternate solution and explain why it is the better approach. Moins

They can't afford the good candidates, my interview was awesome , then their stupid hr asked for the salary, i said 25 suddenly her experessions got changed and she said the same words to me "we'll get back to you", If you cant afford the candidates like us so why do you call us.
