What would be a lot of money according to you?

Couldn't figure out whether they wanted an actual number or answer based off my current salary, or retirement expectations, considered too many factors and stumbled through the answer

Very basic behavioural questions, some technical tech knowledge questions.

D2L has a competitor who arguably does X better. Why should I choose D2L?

The questions ranged from 'classic' interview questions/scenarios like "tell me about a time you failed" to more thought provoking and interesting questions. Some different ones I haven't encountered before included: "when you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?" and "what kind of person do you not enjoy working with. Why? How do you manage the unpleasant arrangement?". The line of questioning was very conversational, it was great!

They have you sit with your peer that is also vying for the position and you have 5 minutes to sell them to the assessment team.

What skills do you have to do this.

If I had past experience on the telephone, if I had past sales experience, am I comfortable on the phones, that this is a position requiring me to be on the phones cold calling for ghe majority of the day. If I am comfortable with that

- 1st interview was about skills and ability to do the job - second was getting to know and determining if I was a good cultural fit

What can IMAX do to be innovative? They want a specific example, along with steps on how you would pursue this strategy. Thought process is similar to product development case, or market entry case.
