J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez bedgear (Farmingdale, NY)
Entretien
Two interviews. I was excited because they do have some great products to sell. Downside, they don't know how to sell them. At the interview it felt as if I was talking to a valley girl from LA (upper management no less) but she turned out to be very intelligent. CEO and this executive make a good team but that's where it ends. CEO is eccentric but I don't think he can back up his words....truth be told I was told from the CEO that he was "sold on me" and I had the job if I wanted. He said go home and think about it. I did and reached out via email accepting the offer and requesting it in writing. This is where I was told I actually didn't have the job. Thank god I didn't give my two weeks at current position. Blessing in disguise. They are a start-up and the CEO's word means nothing. That speaks volumes about this company.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Ideas on how to sell the brand. You are really just there to hear the CEO talk about himself and how successful his company is....but given all their job postings, there seems to be a ton of turnover.
