I was shopping within the store and asked for an application. I filled it out and a few days later handed it in to a manager. She wanted to know my availability and looked quickly at my resume to see if I had sales expierence. I heard that bebe stores will not hire you unless you have had some sales expierence. She told me to come in on a tuesday for an interview. I went in and had to wait 15 minutes until the manager was ready to see me. She wanted me to go through my past sales jobs and wanted to know i kept up with the latest fashion trends. She also wanted to know how i stayed competitive yet professional in a sales commission enviornment and a time i showed leadership in my job. The interview was very professional and you can tell they take their job seriously at this store. After that she told me the manager was going to give me a call. They ended up checking my references and gave me a call back 2 days later to come in for a background check. The background check in store was quick and they said they will call me once the results came in. I passed that and then they had me come in a few days later for training and i was hired.
