Interviews were conducted in a Hotel Lobby. Literary, guests checking in and they highjacked Hotel Manager's chair. Didn't even book a Meeting room. Interviewer didn't care to introduce or gave any brief about company, role etc. Interviewer was too arogant and full of self. Didn't bother looking at the resume and looked least interested to listen. I spent 2 hours waiting only to witness an arogant fellow only looking to quickly wrap up the interview. HR Executive too didn't share any details about role and position. Poorly organized Interview and gave away pretty bad impression of leaders and culture. Would certainly not even recommend anyone to attend the interview.

Be prepared with current affairs questions. I was hired as a trainee journalist so I was expected to know about what was happening in the country and in the world. Stay confident but also honest throughout interview

Great, I liked the interviewer. Very straightforward yet smart. The tasks are demanding for certain, however, it was great to connect with like-minded people that are covering news authentically & passionately.

Very very unprofessional. The whole process went on for a month. The HR contact available was non-responsive to calls, mails, messages. There were 5-6 rounds of interview in total with different people. After allotting an interview time slot, the interviewer did not call and while I waited an hour for it, no one called to even inform that the interview was cancelled for the day. At the end of everything, the salary increment offered was negligible. HR said he will discuss internally and call me back but as usual he never did. Extremely unpleasant experience.

It easy. you apply through a reference or linkedin job post. You will get call from the HR if they really like you CV. You may be asked for written test it depends on the position you have applied for.

Pretty brief, to the point and concise. It was also pretty relaxed with no pointless questions. Ask long as you answer the questions confidently, you stand a pretty good chance

written test was there regarding the news of the day . I wrote a script related to the news and then one to one interaction interview was there which included the political situation of UP.

The interview was conducted in two rounds - Written test or either an interaction with the head of department, if cleared, it is followed by a HR Personal Interview. The process takes atleast 1 week. The interaction or skill test by the HOD is reviewed. Thereafter you receive a call from HR for further pursual. Paperwork is not tedious but lengthy.

Met up with the Group Head, Regional Head, Sales Head and HR starting with HR. HR is used to shortlist candidates to see if the profile is not too off the requirement. Group Head concentrates on existing relationships in market. Regional Head looks at ability to drive solutions and Sales Head sees culture fit.

Panel of 3 persons asked general job experience questions about previous work - ex vendors that I have worked with. Also, the level of preparation that I have put in was too much as they asked too general question to answer.
