Got a call to come in for an interview and when I received the email confirmation it said it was a group interview. About 10-12 people showed up and they asked us to answer a series of questions, some professional and some personal. It was awkward. Later found out they hire a lot of people for their holiday season and they didn't get the applicants they normally do so basically if you showed up you got a job.
