My interview went better than expected, I didn't feel scared for once during my interview - in fact it felt like an informal conversation as the manager wasn't interrogating me,but he was trying to see where I fit in.I was even given advice on how to make my CV LOOK BETTER! Most the questions asked was mainly based on what my aspirations are, including any experience and proficiency I may have using certain software's i.e. Microsoft Excel. I received a call back after 4 hours of my interview, which was a fast response for a large organisation.

Chased on LinkedIn, quick pre selection call with the sourcer, then face to face interview with 2 recruiters, quite intense, good cop bad cop style (I thought people had stopped doing this in the 80s lol). They highlighted the fact that I would definitely get negative or positive feedback, because they CARED. But they have never got back to me, even after I chased. Bad, bad candidate experience. This being my line of work, I think it's quite funny.
