The interview process had steps after the on site that I wouldn't have necessarily expected. All the steps I experienced were: • Technical Screen Questions about the speciality topic • Virtual on site Coding exercises and Product discussion • Principles interview Discuss company principles (behavioral interview) • References • Hiring manager interview Team matching happened before this interview • Founder/Leadership interview / sign off Didn't go through this step but was told to expect it.
