The interview process is broken down into four stages. You will have your initial phone call or AI interview. If you move onto the next interview stage you will have to fill out a Google Form answering questions about employment history, skills, and interests. The other portion of this interview stage includes a 40 minute assessment that goes over attention to detail, algebra problems, and personality test. I did not move forward in the interview process past the second stage.

If you were to leave in six months, what would the reason be?
During the whole process, I thought the reviews on here were just people who were mad they did not get hired. However, my experience was the exact same. The process took almost two months. First an phone interview with a recruiting, then a few quizzes & inputting your info into their program, an ~1 hour long interview with a talent acquisition specialist, and a 2 panel interview with the team lead, followed up with a shadowing of an employee. For the amount of hours invested in this, not getting an offer is ridiculous. Looking back through their website, there’s still a ton of job listings open. It seems like they either want to look like they are hiring or just make space for the perfect candidate.
Looking back, I’m semi-glad I wasn’t offered a position because their pay is below market quite a bit. But, I’m still disappointed that they do not value a candidates time. There’s no reason for them to shadow another employee if you know they will not get an offer. The overall process seemed cliquey and they asked some very weird questions.

Entretien
It is a very long interview process. It took 7+ weeks from when I first applied to when they told me I would not receive an offer. I went through 3 rounds of interviews each with over a week in between . There was a brief HR call, then a 1-on-1 interview, and finally a 2-on-1 interview with a Team Lead and the Head Talent Acquisition person. They also had me take a personality test early on in the process.
