I was contacted by the HR Manager in Singapore and we had a brief video call the next day. Then I was invited for an interview in one of WeWork spaces in Jakarta (where I applied) with the Community Manager. The interview itself was pretty great, even though I had to wait for about 30mins before meeting the manager. It was very relaxed and no pressure at all. The interviewer was also friendly. Most of the questions, I can say, were ‘easy’—about myself, hospitality and service knowledge. But remember sometimes easy can be tricky.
