Entretien
I was contacted by Wayfair through LinkedIN. I initially spoke with a recruiter and had a 45 minute phone interview. The questions asked were basic and focused on an overview of my background and current experience. There wasn't much technical questions asked.
After speaking with the recruiter I was scheduled for a phone interview with the Mobile Team Lead. This interview took 45 minutes and covered the basics of iOS development. We went into some of the more complex parts of Objective-C and iOS, however getting into those areas were prompted when I was explaining the work I have currently been doing.
The interview was going well and while I was going through my list of questions for the interviewer I must have hit a limit. The interviewer glossed over my questions then went on to say that my experience didn't match and that they would call me back if something opened in the future.
I found this to be poor interviewing and leaves me less inclined to interview for a position at Wayfair in the future.
