A week after applying online I was contacted by human resources for a temp position helping out for 90 days while the store was being remodeled. I came in for an interview and was interviewed by a random manager the hr managed pulled. She asked me a couple of questions about my job history and a couple of scenario questions. She didn't even bother to write any of my responses down. The Hr came back in the room and gave me the drug testing information and told me they would call me in a few days. They called me about 3 days later and told me they were no longer remodeling the store but offered me a daytime position in the hba and cosmetics department.

Name a time when you went above and beyond to help a customer.
There was a lot of questions but overall it went pretty decent. They were your standard interview questions. I am happy with the outcome but maybe I could do better next time.
The interview was brief but straight forward. I interviewed with someone and was done within 15 minutes. They asked a few questions about myself and past job experience. Then I progressed to the next steps in the hiring process. The next steps where orientation.
Solid and very well informative process. It was straightforward and well put together. I really enjoyed the people that I interacted with and ultimately chose another route due to time constraints.
