Screening interview with recruiter --> Hiring manager interview --> Panel interview with team and cross-functional partners. One of the team interviewers during the panel actually welcomed me to the team but I didn't get the job (no hard feelings). It did make me think the panel interviewers might be there more to screen out than screen in and it was ultimately the hiring manager's call.
