I just went through the application process and there’s no way for me to provide feedback without it being tied back to my name or application, but I’m not trying to get brownie points. I just wanted to give a shout out and praise to the people who put together the diversity survey on Lever. I’m so impressed by the questions it asked as well as the company’s clear commitment to equity and being HUMAN employers. Kudos and thank you.

Multilevel process.
One of the worst recruiter experiences I've ever had.
Very condescending from the get-go, a very uncomfortable experience. If this is the first impression you want to have of your company, then please reconsider who you have representing you in the recruitment process. Additionally, her dog was constantly barking in the background as well and I could barely understand her. I just ended up ending the call.
From reading others' reviews, looks like I dodged a bullet.
