I applied through consultant for third party payroll and it was required to join with 15 days.
Verifone has concept of 10-30% hike concept. It does not have own salary standard as company such as HP,Accenture, Infosys etc is having. Even though you have experience of more than 3 years.
Contract Job is very bad compared to permanent employee.
All consultancy will hire you on contract when you have exp and will not hire any fresher.
Because they take 50 % of your salary as commission.
If 3 yrs exp then company give 6.5 to consultant
and then consultant give 3.1 just half
Team lease pays lowest among all the outsourcing company.

The recruitment process is too slow ,so you must have enough patience to go through this process. Also they act like everything is fine but actually it's not. As well as they don't clearly specify anything and keeps the candidate stuck.
