If you apply online when they are actively hiring you can be sure they will call you almost immediately as they have around 6 people on staff answer phones and calling applicants. Can't forget hearing phones ringing off the hook or the loud chatter in the cramped office space I ventured into. Felt more like a Telemarketing office for hiring people.
It's really not hard to get an interview (more like a 2 hour class about the process/history/advantages of CUTCO in large groups that should really follow an interview), really it comes down to whether you can handle retaining information on the spot and don't mind being treated like a sales tool rather than as an individual person.
Questions d'entretien [2]
Question 1
Really there are no "tough" questions as it's a one big group interview with five minute or less one on one time with the Manager at the branch. Only thing you need to prepared for should be to take good notes during the presentation and be ready to be called out like in a classroom experience. The branch manager will call on everyone and will refer to your application to try to test you based on the qualities/characteristics you noted (sales experience, hobbies, past jobs, etc.)
