J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. J'ai passé un entretien chez University Health Network
Entretien
Scheduled interview on campus, came in to see me, two people, did a power point presentation to start, then went through interview, pretty standard, relaxed guys, offered my job about a week later. Accepted, no negotiation. Had a fun time, did some small talk, really nice guys, both were former grads

Entretien
Two interviews; one recruiter general chat and one panel interview. In panel interview you will be given a topic 6 hours before to do a presentation. Friendly panel and it's more like a discussion than an interview

Entretien
2 rounds of interview, both in-person and 1 hr in length. All interviewers were very warm and friendly. First round felt like a chat rather than a formal interview. Second one is more serious, where I met the senior managers, and the topics were more focused on the skills/experiences relevant to the position. Both interviews used the same set of questions, so there was a bit of repetition. Overall, it was a good experience.
