Applied Online. Passed the online assessment and then invited to interview in Roseville, California for Operation Management. This was hands down the most unprofessional interview I have ever experienced. Interviewer could not care less about my past experience, proven track record, or letters of recommendation. UP is not looking for dynamic individuals for their management, they are looking for sheep, they are looking for spineless "yes men" that they can intimidate and form into their pisspoor corporate culture. If you are a vet that is used to being told what to do, when to do it, and how to feel about doing it, than this company is for you. For individuals that want to actually think freely and are rewarded based on performance and innovative thinking, don't waste your time here. I was clearly the most qualified candidate in the room, met all of the criteria with a proven track record. Needless to say I did not receive an offer.
