I was contacted on the phone by a member of the Range department. They asked about what I did in school and what I was interested in. The conversation lasted maybe ten minutes

Phone interviews. 20-30 min. They read off a script of prepared questions. They will not ask extremely hard questions. Just be open and honest and you'll do great. They're was one time where it was multiple people on the other line, so it was kind of like a panel interview.
