Initial communication took place in my local community college. Afterward, I was instructed to sit up an appointment at their main hub in Seattle. After signing numerous paperwork and going through background check, I went though an orientation which lasted 3 hours for two day. Upon completing the orientation, you are assigned under a supervisor.
Un colloquio normale nel quale mi sono state poste alcune domande di conoscenza e in merito al ruolo e dove è stato messo alla prova il mio inglese con anche un breve test di comprensione.

Easy process no interview just backgroiund check and finger print, Went to orientation and started same night, In total only took like 3 weeks I declined to work here as i had other opportunities and did not want to work the airport in the cold

Interview was relatively easy, just came in to fill out paper work and watch a few videos. Later had to get credentials from the airport in able to get into the facility
