The process leading up to the interview and the interview itself was great, however, it has now been a month exactly and I have not heard from anyone. I have followed up 3 times on different communication platforms with the hiring manager and have not been informed on a decision or next steps. I've been completely ignored and feel that it's unprofessional and goes against what UKG's values are.
