Met the recruiters at a university career fair. They were not allowed to give out business cards, but I obviously made an impression after handing in my resume since I was contacted before I even applied. The interview was through the phone. It was a while since my last interview, so I didn't really prepare myself, and I made my fair share of fatal errors. Didn't get a 2nd round, but didn't really mind since they were obviously looking for someone with a higher grade point average.

Just your average two interviews. The first interview was with two branch managers, more like a panel interview. The second interview was with the DM. They asked me the same question's that you'll get asked at any interview

Very quick to process application and arrange interview. Interviewers were unaware of some pretty standard industry tech and systems. Didn’t probe too much into experience more so wanted to just find out more information on my current employer (rival in the industry). After the interview it took a month of follow ups to finally get a response on the role to which they said they went with a more suitable candidate. Later found out the candidate was a subordinate on my current team. They basically just chose a lower salary and less experience. They called back for a slightly different role within the same team but with a very low salary offer. A lot of messing around and time wasting.
