Self-interview over video. Question appears on the screen and you are given time to answer and submit your response. You were allowed to re-do your answer if you liked, but it made for a very informal process that felt more like a pre-screening.

Long and outdated not like the Transocean family some of the experience hands were use too! Red flags, wouldn’t want to be offshore and my family has to depend on my HR recruiter team for anything! No communication at all

Not a difficult process. The recruiter was very helpful. I felt they went above and beyond to assure all my questions were answered. The process was somewhat long but that was in no way a negative thing.

The first and only thing I got from Transocean was an invitation to a video audition on Spark. I contacted the recruiter asking to have a chat about the position to see if it would be a good fit and never heard anything back. So basically, they want you to go burn a half hour of your time on a video audition that may or may not ever be watched by anyone. I don't know why anyone would want to work for a company that treats potential employees like this.

Good,moderate ok type very casual interview.Not such tough.Be good in your vocals.and everything is easy.not so tough.but know your role throughout and then only apply.the He was very friendly in nature.helpful

Entrevista realizada junto a ICN Assessoria, via chamada de vídeo whatsapp onde o entrevistador me via, porém eu não via o entrevistador. A conexão do entrevistador não era tão boa e às vezes falhava a comunicação, porém no geral não foi uma experiência ruim.

There was a aptitude test followed by gd and interview. The aptitude was fine but face to face interview was bit tough. Yet a person with full finance knowledge can easily crack this interview

very effective and efficient. The process started with an email asking for a time with a phone interview then moved to a spark hire one way video interview. It was very proffesional. The interview was about 7 questions long.

First Step: Face to Face Interview conducted at their Headquarters followed by Medicals. Second Step: Post selection included personal integration into the organization. Third Step: Basic Offshore Training provided at their registered third party facility.

Resume explains it all. Must know someone in the company to get inWho do you know and how? Also what can you prove and have you operated a knuckle boom crane. When can you start? Do you have a passport? When can you start. Are you hispanic, white, or other?
