J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. Le processus a pris une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien à The Oyster Partnership.

    Entretien

The interview process was extremely drawn out. - The interview process consisted of two meetings with a director and a senior member of staff. On arrival to my first interview, I was met with a warm welcoming, despite the office being quite run down, I looked past that. The interviewers were friendly and I cannot fault them. They made me feel at ease. However, I was thrown off by a couple of questions, but overlooked it and remained positive. I then met with team leaders after my first initial interview and was asked more questions about myself which I found quite odd, considering that I had just finished a 50 minute interview with another set of people. I also met the MD briefly, who was really friendly and welcoming - later to find out that this persona is a facade! I was invited back for a second interview and was interviewed by one of the same people that had previously interviewed me. They had then asked me questions, leaving the other interviewer sat there in silence. I didn't like this aspect as I felt like I was repeating myself. After this interview had finished. I then met with MORE people. Another person who had asked me questions before and the MD. The MD was extremely rude and belittling. It felt like an interrogation as he and the other interviewer were just firing questions at me that I had already been asked. I've never met someone that is so senior act this rude. I was left to feel extremely uncomfortable and was relived when I didn't get an offer.

J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien à The Oyster Partnership (Londres, Angleterre (Royaume-Uni)) en octobre 2019.

    Entretien

The interview process at the Oyster Partnership for myself was a fantastic experience and certainly gave me an insight straight away as to what life at the Oyster Partnership would be like (Which I thought was brilliant).
As my background is working within Finance I initially interviewed for the role of Credit Control Manager with both the Finance Manager and the Accounts Manager which went very well and was then offered a second stage interview with the Managing Director (Sasza Bandiera)
After meeting with Sasza I was immediately sold on wanting to work for the Oyster Partnership - There is a great working culture here and a genuine feel throughout the company where everyone wants you to do well.
Following the meeting with Sasza, I was given the feedback that I was potentially better suited to come back and interview as a Recruitment Consultant - This was something I had never even considered but was really keen to work for the Oyster Partnership.
A week later, I interviewed met with one of the Divisional Managers and a Team Leader for the position of a Recruitment Consultant. Instead of this being one of those 'scary/daunting' interviews this was much more of an informal conversation to go through my interests really and get an appreciation of what recruitment entails, which definitely put me at ease, which was a massive relieve.
I was then informed the next steps would be to complete an online psychometric test which was sent through the next day and would be used as a gauge to measure my suitability for the role.
Once completed, I was then invited to go through this test with the Associate Director and the same Divisional Manager. There are no 'right' or 'wrong' answers within this test and, as over 90% of employees at Oyster have no previous recruitment experience it was open to be able to have an open conversation around this test.
Following this, I had a discussion with two further Divisional Managers to determine which desk at Oyster Partnership I was best suited for.
The interview process at Oyster Partnership was admittedly thorough but it was a great experience and I got a great appreciation as to what recruitment is like, so I do appreciate the insight given by all the Managers as I wouldn't want have wanted to get into a complete career change without them taking the time to offer their thoughts.
I was then offered the role on the spot and haven't looked back since.

    Entretien

At the beginning we were introduced to Sasza and the other team leaders and introduced ourselves and then we were given a brief insight of the company. After this we were given time to ask any questions we liked. Then we were split into two groups to prepare for a debate. After that those who they were interested in were taken into another room and everyone else was sent home.

J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien à The Oyster Partnership (Londres, Angleterre (Royaume-Uni)) en juin 2018.

    Entretien

Met with two team staff members (lower level) initially, who were welcoming and friendly. Following this a questionnaire, and then a meeting with the MD (Sasza). He was extremely rude and belittling. Made assumptions from the questionnaire and acted like he knew everything about me and my personality.

The most uncomfortable experience I've had in an interview in my life.

A solid interview process for keen, hungry and willing people. They want to get to know the real you, and not just ask you generic questions that other companies tend to ask.

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien à The Oyster Partnership (Londres, Angleterre (Royaume-Uni)) en novembre 2017.

    Entretien

The interview was spread across two days. On the first day, it was about 2 hours meeting the hiring manager and office manager. They asked me to talk about myself, why I'm looking for a new job, and to talk about my experience. Second day it was to meet the MD which was about 30 minutes. Again talked about my experience a bit more, what I'm looking for in a job and talked more about what sort fo employee he is looking for and the daily tasks that would be expected from me.

Everyone was very friendly and welcoming and the interview had more of an informal vibe and it was mostly a chat.

    - There are a few stages, but everyone is very welcoming and they try to make you feel as comfortable as possible.
    - There is a phone trial where you need to call a couple of candidates and ask them a few questions, it sounds scarier then it is!
    - You meet a couple of people from Management and normally a few consultants
