Entretien
They basically want to know about your past sales experiences. They will ask you about certain customer scenarios and what your strengths and weaknesses are. You typically interview with the store manager and if he/she likes you then you get sent to the president and vice president for an interview. Very simple process and should go well if you are outgoing and personable.
