The interview process at Cheesecake Factory Inc. consisted of one virtual interview and three rounds of onsite interviews. The virtual interview included discussions with my direct hiring manager and VP, offering insights into the company's direction and technology stack. It was a positive experience. For the onsite interviews, I flew to LA, necessitating a 3-day PTO. The first meeting with systems engineer and network architect involved a detailed review of my resume, reminiscing about past projects. The second meeting with the director was challenging, as it seemed he had a personal agenda or bias, deviating from security-related questions. This deviation and insistence on a 100% match raised concerns about fairness and objectivity. In the third meeting with the Hiring manager and VP, behavioral questions were discussed, concluding the process. Unfortunately, I later learned I didn't secure the position. The interview experience was a mix of positive interactions and challenges.
