It's the opposite of the normal process- they're trying to brainwash you into working there, even though sales doesn't require brainwashing- it's a very tough but highly rewarding job. You won't look at life the same after a pure commission job. They do tell you, now, that it's door to door through the hiring process, and pure commission. But they sweep over this by subtly hinting at huge average earning potentials which aren't remotely accurate. Its not an interview process but a recruiting process.

I applied for the position online. I was willing to start ASAP so i was thrilled to hear back from the company within 1-2 days of applying. The interview was done in 3 stages which I thought was fair, at the same time I also wanted to see what the company had to offer.

The first initial interview was great, I met with the General Manager and he had explained to me the companies goals and their past and present company goals and the growth of the company! I was excited when I heard about the expansion of the company (opened 5 offices within the last year!). After the interview, I was invited back for a seondary interview that took place with one of the top team leaders in the office. Essentially, the person who ended up training me and working directly one on one with me. I thought this was very interesting because he took the time to get to know me, and we had a great conversation. I was explained my daily duties and the pay and was eventually invited back for a final interview. I thought the process worked out great in the aspect that I was told the company history/profile from the General Manager who was a huge part of the companies success, and then I was interviews by the individual who would be the one I would be working directly with/training me. The final one was to simply touch base with the General Manager and to clarify a few details.

I definitely felt that each stage of the interview process was necessary because it outlined each key part and had the right individual presenting it.

    Great job!
