Tell me about a time you went above and beyond for a customer.

It was an incident of last week, one of our customers got upset as the merchandise wasn't flitting him those he has bought during his visit to our store. Unfortunately, he has no proof the items were purchased from our branches as he refuses to include his details while he made the transaction. However, when I reached the gentleman I could read his mood was down to the drum due to the circumstances. I greet him warmly and listen to him approximately 2 to 3 minutes and asked my team to change his items according to his need without further documents. after finalizing the transaction the gentleman found me in the corner of the shop and thanks to me also promise to always come to the store for future shopping.
