the interview process was easy but it took a whole day ............I was applied for the job of Customer Service Executive for CBO (Consumer Back Office) process............they just asked me basic questions like tell me about yourself and why should we hire you all that..................there were three rounds first interview then email writing and last one was typing speed test

2) operational round
Same questions as in 1st round and 2 min speak on the topic like women empowerment, importance of education, your hobbies
3) assessment test

Interview venue was very good and comfortable it self one thing the hr did to nervous the freshers is ,The have written the terms and condition in big letters in the white board,Any fresher can get disturb by that.And if you can manage that fear and answer their questions then you can definitely crack it.
