Shockingly disorganized and a huge waste of time: First call with the recruiter seemed to go well - typical recruiter screening to learn more about my background and share additional details on the role. The next interview with the VP of Talent was then rescheduled twice. This resulted in more than a month passing between the first interview and what was supposed to be the second interview. The second interview finally rolls around, and they no-show me. Turns out they'd already offered the role to someone internal and failed to inform me that they would be canceling my second round.
