Manager asked me about how I would asset to this company, what style Talbots is and how would I help other coworkers. After my answers he said that he was looking for more team member person, but also mentioned that he will suggest me to other Talbots store, because they were looking for somebody "like me".Still waiting

i had total of three rounds. first was through over phone. second one in person to know more about experience and last to discuss resposibilities and details. everything was directly with the store manager.

The manager was really friendly, very much a people's person. Made me very comfortable and ease my nerves
They explained the responsibilities of the role and some expectations such as greeting customers and interacting with them. Overall a very good experience
