The hiring / interviewing process for Tops is honestly a bit unconventional and slightly confusing. It consists of filling out a interoffice application and allowing it to be sent through mail delivered to the company. I disagree with that method simply because I am old school. I believe in filling out an application and handing it in person to whom it needed to get to. Face to face from the beginning. Then once your interview is scheduled depending on the number of applicants you are to receive a confirmation of whether they chose you or not. Never seems to happen that way.
