The interview process is pleasant, but the interviewer is dodging my questions, which eventually I understand after I onboarded. There are some things they hide from you just to get you onboarded quick since they are BPO. Please be careful

How would you gather requirement and handle stakeholder management?
Two stages interview, the first one with the HR manager and the second stage was with the hiring manager. It's a two way conversation, so it's easier to answer every question clearly.

What do you know about this company and the background?
It was amazing . They asked about my background what I have done and some situational questions . They also explained to me what the role was about and the kind of projects I will be doing

very easy and really was nice to learn so much more about the company!! would recommend! The interviewer asked tough questions, but helped me along very well which was very useful, didnt get offer though
