Position was not advertised. Through networking I found somebody who new President of the company and gave him my resume. I was called for interview after a mount or so. First interview was a panel interview with 5 people VP, hiring manager, HR manager, R&D manager and engineer. HR manager asked most of the general questions. The atmosphere was friendly and everybody were very nice. Second interview was at the Research Center with the same people. They asked more behavioral questions, showed on site work responsibilities and the workplace.
