The interview process was fairly standard and included several stages: a recruiter interview, a conversation with the hiring manager, a case study presentation, a whiteboard challenge, a team meeting, and an additional interview with the hiring manager, followed by a meeting with a Design Lead at the local Grammarly branch. While the process took some time to complete, it was a great opportunity to meet the team and gain deeper insight into their workflows and culture.
