Got a call from the recruiter from Stryker Instruments initially. Once the gallop was cleared she passed me on to Stryker Medical as Instruments did not have any entry-level positions for my major. The recruiter from Medical gave me a call just to get to know me and my experiences better. Was invited for an on-site after that. Had a panel of 9 people - 30 minutes with each person. The work culture is Stryker is dynamic and great ambiance! Each interviewer was warm and very welcoming. It's is absolutely essential to know what every aspect of the role that you would be assuming. Concentrate more on the technical questions and make sure you know then right.
