I applied online for a Cust Serv position, but didn't hear anything from them (after a month went by), still was saying I was under review from HR even though that time(training class) had passed. Was then sent an email to apply for the same position with a later training date. Got an email form a recruiter asking when the best time was for them to call me for a phone interview. I gave 3 days and times. They emailed me back same day with a specific time based on the times I gave them to do an interview. Week goes by and I do the phone interview; after she was finished asking me questions and telling me about the job; she stated that if I got an email I didn't get the job and if I got a call then I was chosen. The phone interview was 40mins long. She said it would be 2/3 days till I would find out. The day after my interview I got a call saying that they think i'd be fit for the job! Next comes background check and all that jazz. :)
