Basic office duties and screening calls. Viewing documents and responding to requests from Claim Reps and customers. Managing the office fleet of vehicles. Greeting the public when they walked into the office

The interview process was initially an over the phone interview, followed by light computer work. The second process was a group interview. Very basic, easy to answer questions that were asked. Once approved, there was a drug test that needed to be taken.
