I had applied for another claims job, but because of my schooling I was left a message to apply to another position. A few days later I received a call for a brief phone interview and then depending on how that went a face-to-face interview would be set up. I got an interview set up for a week later and meet with two gentlemen for two departments that were hiring- total loss and auto. The questions were the same basic questions all interviewers asked. Unfortunately I didn't get the job, I checked online the next day and it said I was selected and then about a week after that I received an email saying I wasnt selected.
