The initial "pre-screening" occurred on the phone. I spoke with the agent and was invited to an in person interview the same day. At the office the staff was friendly and helpful. I interviewed and was able to interact with the staff.

It seems to be a very low base pay leading to sales. This was not something I am interested in for my career. I have had several interviews with state farm but very few offered benefits needed for my family.
Easy phone interview. Asked basic questions for the initial interview, was very fast and easy. Hear back in 48 hours. Was asked why I wanted the job, and how comfortable on a scale of 1-10 how comforatabke I was with sales
